Property Acquisition <br />Staff continued to hold meetings for the purpose of negotiating a final Purchase <br />Agreement on the acquisition of the 1ndykiewicz property. Staff has negotiated a <br />hand shake agreement which will most likely be presented to the Economic <br />Development Authority on February 22. <br /> <br />. Community Representations <br />As City Administrator, I've attended a variety of meetings representing the City <br />this past month, including the League of Minnesota Cities; TUG; I-35W Corridor <br />Coalition and Rotary. <br /> <br />. Personnel <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Buildio~ Inspector Position <br />Staff has been working on the final job description and the Memorandum <br />of Agreement for the shared Building Inspector position. We have <br />narrowed down some of the issues related to the duties and have drafted <br />together the various items needed to advertise for the position. <br /> <br />. Receptionist Position <br />Staff reviewed the applications, interviewed and selected an individual to <br />fill the vacant Receptionist position <br /> <br />. Parks Director Position <br />Staff has reviewed the various applications of interest for the Parks <br />Director position and narrowed down the list of candidates to be <br />interviewed. I expect that 5-6 individuals will be interviewed sometime <br />within the next week to ten days. <br /> <br />. EDllineer Review <br />Staff prepared for and completed the one year performance review of the <br />consulting engineer. <br />
