Commission - April of 1999
Case #99-02 Ralph Hines, 1700 V alentine Avenue, Minor Subdivision. The applicant
wishes to subdivide the property into two lots. The northerly lot will contain
the existing home and the southerly lot will be sold to allow for the
, construction of a new single family home. The minor subdivision appears to
meet all the lot dimension requirements set forth in the subdivision ordinance.

Case #99-04

City of Arden Hills, Creation of a Neighborhood Business zoning district,
Discussion Only. The Planning Commission will commence discussions on
the creation of a neighborhood business district. The district will take several
meetings to frame out before formal consideration is undertaken (ie., June or
. July of 1999). Any particular thoughts about the types of uses, examples of
good neighborhood centers, or other thoughts would be appreciated.

Case #99-05

. Bethel College, 3900 Bethel Drive, Site Plan (parking lot - dormitory),
The applicant wishes to construct an approximately 50-car parking lot in the
vicinity of the dormitories. The area under consideration is currently paved
and utilized for recreational activities.

Case #99-06

CSM (DynaMark), 4295 Lexington Avenue, Preliminary Plat &
Variances. The applicant wishes to further subdivide the property so as to
facilitate the permanent financing of the new building that is being constructed
directly adjacent to the original DynaMark building. The variance would
allow the new building and the old building to be "zero lot lined".

Protective Inspections
1.
