Commission - April of 1999 <br />Case #99-02 Ralph Hines, 1700 V alentine Avenue, Minor Subdivision. The applicant <br />wishes to subdivide the property into two lots. The northerly lot will contain <br />the existing home and the southerly lot will be sold to allow for the <br />, construction of a new single family home. The minor subdivision appears to <br />meet all the lot dimension requirements set forth in the subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />Case #99-04 <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Creation of a Neighborhood Business zoning district, <br />Discussion Only. The Planning Commission will commence discussions on <br />the creation of a neighborhood business district. The district will take several <br />meetings to frame out before formal consideration is undertaken (ie., June or <br />. July of 1999). Any particular thoughts about the types of uses, examples of <br />good neighborhood centers, or other thoughts would be appreciated. <br /> <br />Case #99-05 <br /> <br />. Bethel College, 3900 Bethel Drive, Site Plan (parking lot - dormitory), <br />The applicant wishes to construct an approximately 50-car parking lot in the <br />vicinity of the dormitories. The area under consideration is currently paved <br />and utilized for recreational activities. <br /> <br />Case #99-06 <br /> <br />CSM (DynaMark), 4295 Lexington Avenue, Preliminary Plat & <br />Variances. The applicant wishes to further subdivide the property so as to <br />facilitate the permanent financing of the new building that is being constructed <br />directly adjacent to the original DynaMark building. The variance would <br />allow the new building and the old building to be "zero lot lined". <br /> <br />Protective Inspections <br />1. Building Permits (March of 1999), The City issued one commercial/industrial permit in <br />March. Permit (#6370) was for an interior office remodel ($827,713) at 4260 North <br />Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />In March, the City issued eleven residential remodeling permits, which ranged in value <br />from $3,500.00 to $25,000.00, had a total value of $80,860.00 and had an average value <br />of$7,350.91. <br />
