Mounds View School District No. 621 Representatives of the Mounds View School District will be in attendance to briefly discuss the proposed bond referendum planned for later this spring. Jan Witthuhn, Gary Borg, and one other individual will be in attendance at the meeting. 2. Aooroval of Minutes The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the March 8, 1999 Regular Council Meeting, and the March 15, 1999 Council Worksession 3. Consent Calendar a. Claims and Payroll The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $1,631,029.74 and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to US Bank in the amount of$I,305,905.00 for the Indykiewicz land acquisition; to Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department in the amount of$42,498.39 for second quarter frre protection; to Peterson, Fram & Bergman in the amount of$II,538.30 for Indykiewicz closing costs; to Architectural Alliance in the amount of$4l,536.62 for architectural services; to MCES in the amount of$36,627.49 for April sewer charges; and to North Suburban Cable Commission in the amount of$10,695.26 for 1999 cable contribution. b.
