The neighborhood is peaceful and content. For the planning commission to approve two
back to back Cul-de-sac's and fonn a parking lot is not in anyone best interest except our public works
department.

The staffhas already approved a temporary street extension with a 20-foot radius (turn a round) to the North.
Let us install a 50-foot radius to the South and make them both part of the transportation plan.

This will keep our neighborhood peaceful and content. In the future the land in between can be developed
with access to the North, East, West, and South. This should be adequate even for the planning commission.

The staff is aware that no one, wants the road. Regarding our land, we would rather have the road, in-lieu of
a parking lot.

RECEIVED
MAR 1 2 1999
CRY OF AIWtft "ILlS
