With summer approaching, there was concern about the ability to find <br />interested members in the other task forces, As a result, the Council indicated that the remaining <br />three task forces would not be appointed until later in 1999, <br /> <br />Structural Discussion and Clarification e <br />Mr. Fritsinger also identified several items the City Council had indicated it intended to clarify <br />related to Council Liaison roles, <br />
