Citv Hall AudioNisual (A/V) Discussion The City Council is asked to review the suggestions of the AfV Consultant, Electronic Interiors, Inc., and provide direction as to the level of AfV the Council would like to see at the new City Hall. b. Planninl! Cases 1. Case #99-02. Raloh Hines. 1700 Valentine Avenue. Minor Sub. The Plarming Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #99-02, Minor Subdivision subject to six (6) conditions. 2. Case #99-06. CSM. 4295 N. Lexinlrton Ave.. Preliminarv Plat and Variance The Plarming Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #99-06, preliminary plat, including variances for a zero building setback where 20 feet is required, zero parking setback where five feet is required, and to allow the use of a private drive rather than a public street, subject to three (3) conditions. e c. Ordinance #310. Tobacco Products The City Council is asked to adopt Ordinance #310, Relating to the Sale, Possession, and Use of Tobacco Products, and Tobacco Related Devices in the City of Arden Hills, and direct the City Administrator to publish a sunrmary of such ordinance. d. Resolution #99-13. Committee Structure The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-13, Formalizing the 1999 Arden Hills Committee Structure, and direct staff to send a notice of meeting on May 17, 1999 to all current and prospective committee members. e. Residential Water Meters The City Council is asked to authorize staff to proceed with bidding for the residential water meter replacement project. 4.
