The neighborhood meeting is still
tentatively scheduled for May 18, 1999.

. Arden Manor Park
Several Arden Hills residents who do not live within the Mobile Home Park, but
who have indicated support of the improvements being proposed have contacted
staff. The Parks & Recreation Commission will discuss this issue further on April
27, 1999.

. Countv Road F/Hamline Avenue Trail Grant
As a result of a meeting with MnDOT on April 6th to discuss potential future
improvements to Hamline Avenue, (part of the proposed 1-694 improvement
project), staff is re-evaluating the County Road F Trail project. The City had
been awarded a grant from the MnDNR in the amount of $50,000 to fund
approximately fifty percent (50%) of this project.

Staff is concerned that future improvements to this area will require the trail to be
destroyed or relocated. Staff will be discussing this with the Parks and Recreation
Commission on April 27th, and possibly with the City Council on May 10, 1999.
