<br /> <br />Item Sb:.:: Overhead Projection Only <br /> <br />As discussed during a council meeting with Dickson Stewart substantial cost savings <br />would be achieved by abandoning the current recommended presentation design and <br />simply installing an overhead projection system. This would involve eliminating the <br />recommended presentation, video display, and video processing modules and reducing <br />the control module by an estimated $5,000. <br /> <br />The result would be a system like what exists today. It is important to know that the <br />cablecast cameras will not be able to present a clean picture of the overhead screen to the <br />cablecast audience. Reducing .the budget modules described above will result in <br />estimated cost savings of $51,135. <br /> <br />The new pull-down overhead screen would be added to the architectural section of the <br />project.
