Cardiac Pacemakers. Inc.. 4100 Hamline Avenue N. <br />PUD (Master Plan) <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case <br />#99-07, Master PlanIPlanned Unit Development amendment, subject to <br />conditions. The applicant is proposing to update their Master Plan to <br />incorporate recent additions to its campus, and also future buildings and <br />parking lots. <br /> <br />2. Case #99-03, Josephine East L.L.C.. 3183 Lexinl!ton Avenue. <br />Preliminary and Final Plat and Variance <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case <br />#99-03, Preliminary and Final Plat including variances, subject to <br />conditions. The applicant is proposing a Preliminary and Final Plat for <br />four (4) lots in the area of Shoreline Lane. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Purchase Authorization. Sewer Easement Machine <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Joint Purchase Agreement with the City <br />of White Bear Lake, and authorize the purchase of one (1) easement machine, <br />following the execution of the Joint Purchase Agreement. The cost to the City of <br />Arden Hills for the easement machine and trailer package should not exceed <br />$9,247.66. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e. 1999 Committee Appointments <br />The City Council is asked to provide direction on the committee and task force <br />appointments for the remainder of 1999. <br /> <br />f. Res. 99-16. Callinl!: for Public Hearinl!: for Presbvterian Homes Bond Issue <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-16, calling for a public hearing <br />on the issuance of Revenue Bonds to finance housing and health care facilities <br />and a proposed housing program, and authorizing the publication of a notice of <br />the hearing. The adoption of this resolution would schedule a public hearing for <br />June 14, 1999. <br /> <br />g. Sewer Infiltration Inspection Alternate. Residential Water Meter <br />Replacement Proiect <br />The City Council is asked to discuss and consider the idea of adding an alternate <br />to the water meter replacement/upgrade specifications that would include the <br />inspection of sump pump/drain tile discharge connections. <br /> <br />e <br />
