<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />300.04 Applications Generally. Unless otherwise specifically provided for, applications for all <br /> <br />licenses required by this Code shall be made in writing to the Administrator. Each application <br /> <br />shall state the name of the applicant, the license desired, the location to be used, if any, the time <br /> <br />covered, and the fee to be paid. Each application shall also contain such additional information <br /> <br />as may be needed for the proper guidance of the City officials in the issuing of the license applied <br />for. <br /> <br />300.05 Forms. Forms for all licenses, and applications therefor, shall be prepared and kept on <br /> <br />file by the Administrator. <br /> <br />300.06 Liability Insurance. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 When Required. Where specifically required by any other provision of this Code, <br /> <br />no license shall be issued under the provisions of this Chapter unless the applicant shall <br /> <br />furnish proof of the required liability insurance. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Conditions. The liability insurance policy, or a certificate thereof, shall be filed <br /> <br />with the Administrator and shall be kept in full force and effect during the terms of any <br /> <br /> <br />subject license. The policy shall be with an insurance company authorized to do business in <br /> <br /> <br />this state; shall show at least the limits required by the appropriate provision of this Code; <br /> <br /> <br />and shall also contain a provision that the policy shall not be canceled until after thirty (30) <br /> <br /> <br />days' written notice to the City of such intended cancellation, and within such time the <br /> <br />3-2 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />
