<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />licensee must obtain and file proof of new or substituted coverage as required hereunder, or <br /> <br />the license shall be subject to immediate cancellation. <br /> <br />300.07 Compliance with Law. In addition to the provisions of this Chapter, all licensees shall <br /> <br /> <br />conform to and comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations and <br /> <br /> <br />applicable provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />300.08 Inspections and Investigations. Upon the receipt of an application for a license, where <br /> <br />provisions of this Code necessitate an inspection or investigation before the issuance of the <br /> <br />license, the Administrator shall refer the application to the proper officer for making the <br /> <br />investigation within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of such receipt. The officer charged with <br /> <br />the duty of making the investigation or inspection shall make a report thereon, favorable or <br /> <br />otherwise, within ten (10) days after receiving the application or a copy thereof. The health officer <br /> <br />~: in a later chapter, reference is made to using the county health officer. No other reference <br /> <br />is made to this position. Should this section also refer to the county?) shall make or cause to be <br /> <br />made all inspections in connection with such licenses for the protection of health, the care and <br /> <br /> <br />handling of food, the prevention of nuisances and of the spread of disease. The building inspector <br /> <br /> <br />shall make or cause to be made any such inspections relative to the constrUction of buildings or <br /> <br /> <br />other structures. All other investigations, except where otherwise provided, shall be made by the <br /> <br />chief of the City's designated law enforcement provider pettee or by some other officer designated <br /> <br />by the mayor. <br /> <br />3-3 <br />
