Has been convicted of an offense which relates to the conduct of the <br /> <br />licensed business, or <br /> <br />c. Has been denied a license to conduct a similar activity or has had such <br /> <br />license suspended, revoked or canceled. <br /> <br />The foregoing shall not be the only grounds, however, for denial of the license. <br /> <br />G. Insurance. If the coin-operated amusement devices to be operated in the <br /> <br />amusement arcade are of the type described in Subdivision 2, Part I. A. 2. of this <br /> <br />Subsection, the applicant shall also submit along with his or her application a policy <br /> <br />of liability insurance applicable to death or injury caused by the operation of the <br /> <br />licensed devices in such amounts and coverages as are prescribed by the City <br /> <br />Administrator C611neil. <br /> <br />H. Conditions of Licensure. The following conditions shall govern the issuance and <br /> <br />holding of all amusement arcade licenses granted pursuant to this Section. <br /> <br />1. Order.
