<br />r <br />r <br />;t <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />by its members at a meeting held for that purpose which establishes its policy and <br /> <br />manages and conducts its affairs; and prohibits its members, officers, agents or <br /> <br /> <br />employees from being directly or indirectly compensated by way of profit for the <br /> <br /> <br />services offered by the corporation or association to the members or their guests <br /> <br /> <br />beyond the amount of such reasonable salary or wages as may be fIxed and voted each <br /> <br />year by the directors or other governing body. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Application. An application for a license required under this Section shall be made <br /> <br /> <br />to the Administrator, or to a person designated by the Administrator, on such forms as the <br /> <br /> <br />Administrator may from time to time provide. At a minimum, the form shall contain the <br /> <br />information required in the following. Any falsification of information on an application shall <br /> <br />be cause for denial, suspension or revocation of a license issued or to be issued hereunder. <br /> <br />A. Business License. Every application for a business license required under this Chapter <br /> <br />shall be made to the Administrator on such forms as he or she may from time to time <br /> <br />require. In addition to such information as the Administrator may require in such <br /> <br />application form, it shall also include at a minimum the following items of information or <br />documentation: <br /> <br />1. Whether the applicant is a natural person, a corporation, a partnership or other <br /> <br />form of organization. <br /> <br />3 -42 <br />
