<br />I: <br />1- <br />:- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />public health, safety, morals or welfare would be adversely affected by the proposed <br /> <br />establishment taking into account anyone or more of the facts or circumstances set <br /> <br />forth in Subpart A. 3. hereof and shall deny such application upon rmding anyone or <br />more of the following conditions to exist: <br /> <br />a. The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties are persons of bad <br /> <br />repute; <br /> <br />b. The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties have been convicted <br /> <br />for offenses which involve moral turpitude or which relate directly to such <br /> <br />person's ability, capacity or fitness to perform the duties and discharge the <br /> <br />responsibilities of the licensed activity; <br /> <br />c. The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties has had within five (5) <br /> <br />years of the date of the application been denied a license for a similar activity to <br /> <br />the one sought to be licensed or had such a license revoked or suspended in or by <br /> <br />any community or political subdivision of the State of Minnesota or by the State <br />of Minnesota itself; <br /> <br />3- 58 <br />
