The applicant has not fully and truthfully answered all of the information <br /> <br />required by the application. <br /> <br />5. Notice of Denial. In the event the Council denies the application, the <br /> <br /> <br />Administrator shall furnish the applicant with a written document advising him or her <br /> <br /> <br />of the denial and specifying the factual bases and reasoning upon which the denial was <br /> <br /> <br />predicated. No application for a license which has been denied by the Council shall <br /> <br /> <br />be resubmitted for a period of at least one (1) year from the date on which the <br />application was denied. <br /> <br />6. Approval; Imposition of Conditions. The Council may approve an application for <br /> <br />the issuance or renewal of a license on the basis of a determination that the public <br /> <br />health, morals, safety or welfare will not be adversely affected by the proposed <br /> <br />establishment, taking into account one or more of the factors set forth in Subpart A. <br /> <br />3. above, and in granting or renewing a license may impose such reasonable <br /> <br />conditions and restrictions on the manner and circumstances under which the licensed <br /> <br />activities are to be operated so as to preserve the public peace and protect the public <br /> <br />health, morals, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />B.
