<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 8 Traffic and Motor Vehicles <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Pennission to Operate on Public Property. It shall be unlawful for any person <br /> <br />to operate a recreational motor vehicle upon any lands, except public right-of-ways owned <br /> <br />by the City, county, state or school district and as provided in Subd. 5, unless permission <br /> <br />to do so is lawfully posted upon such land. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Operation within Right-of-Way. It shall be unlawful for any person: <br /> <br />A. To operate a recreational motor vehicle upon the roadway of any trunk, county <br /> <br /> <br />state aid, City or county highway, and, in the case of a divided trunk or county <br /> <br /> <br />highway, on that portion of the right-of-way which lies between the opposing lanes <br /> <br /> <br />of traffic, except as provided herein; <br /> <br />B. To operate a recreational motor vehicle within the unpaved portion of the right- <br /> <br />of-way of any trunk:, county state aid, City or county highway between the hours of <br /> <br />one-half (Ih) hour after sunset to one-half (Ih) hour before sunrise, except on the <br /> <br />outer most part of the unpaved portion of the right-of-way and in the same direction <br /> <br />as the highway traffic on the nearest lane of the roadway adjacent thereto; and <br /> <br />C. To operate a recreational motor vehicle at any time within the right-of-way of <br /> <br />any interstate highway or freeway. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Operation on Roadway.
