<br />I <br />r <br />~ <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />~ <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />, City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 8 Traffic and Motor Vehicles <br /> <br />recreational motor vehicle upon the roadway of any City street except as otherwise provided <br /> <br />in this Section. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Permission to Operate on Private Land. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br /> <br />operate a recreational motor vehicle upon any privately owned lands without the consent and <br /> <br />permission of the owner of such lands, given in the manner provided in Chapter 84 of <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, as amended, which is incorporated by reference and made a part of this <br /> <br />Section as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Crossing Streets, Highways. With respect to direct crossing of a trunk, county <br /> <br />state aid, City or county highway, such crossings may be made provided: <br /> <br />A. The' crossing is made at an angle of approximately ninety (90) degrees to the <br /> <br /> <br />direction of the highway and at a place where no obstruction prevents a quick and <br /> <br /> <br />safe crossing; and <br /> <br />B. The recreational motor vehicle is brought to a complete stop before crossing the <br /> <br />shoulder or main traveled way of the highway; and <br /> <br />C. The driver yields the right-of-way to all oncoming traffic which constitutes an <br />immediate hazard; and <br /> <br />8- 11 <br />
