It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a <br /> <br />recreational motor vehicle within one hundred (100) feet of a residential building, except <br /> <br />as otherwise specifically permitted. <br /> <br />Subd. 13 Protection of Vegetation. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a <br /> <br />recreational motor vehicle in any tree nursery or planting in a manner which damages or <br /> <br />destroys growing stock. <br /> <br />Subd. 14 Disturbing Peace. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any recreational <br /> <br /> <br />motor vehicle in a manner which constitutes a public nuisance and annoys unreasonably, or <br /> <br /> <br />injures or endangers the health, safety, comfort or repose of the public. <br /> <br />810.03 Equipment. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 General. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a recreational motor <br /> <br />vehicle, unless it is equipped with at least one headlamp and one taillamp, a deadman's <br /> <br /> <br />throttle, brakes, and any other equipment required by State law, and to standards prescribed <br /> <br /> <br />by the rule of the commissioner of highways pursuant to the authority vested in him or her <br /> <br /> <br />by Chapter 84 of Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />8- 13 <br />
