The regulations contained in <br /> <br />this Section shall not be applicable to the operation or use of a recreational motor vehicle by agents, <br /> <br />representatives, employees or officials of governmental agencies while in pursuit of their gov- <br /> <br />ernmental duties or during emergency situations. <br /> <br />8- 15 <br />
