<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 10 Utilities <br /> <br />permit shall be on forms as provided by the City. <br /> <br />1000.18 Connections Barred. No connection shall be allowed to a building piping system that <br /> <br />contains any connection, fixture, or source of pollution not allowed by the State plumbing code, <br /> <br />the St. Paul Water Department, or regulations of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />1000.19 Connections. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Applications. <br /> <br />A. All applications for permits for service installations and for water service <br /> <br />connections shall be made to the City Administrator on printed forms furnished by <br /> <br />the City. <br /> <br />B. Applications for permits for service installation shall be made by the owner of <br /> <br />the property to be served or by the owner's agent and shall state the size and <br /> <br />location of the service connection required. The applicant shall, at the time of <br /> <br />making application, pay to the City the amount of fees or deposit required for the <br />installation as provided in this Section. <br /> <br />C.
