A meter spacer with tailpiece couplings shall be furnished to the plumber at the <br /> <br />time a connection pennit is issued. Meter spacers shall be picked up when the meter <br /> <br />is installed under City supervision after completion of water service installation. <br /> <br />C. The plumber shall notify the City Administrator within twenty-four (24) hours <br /> <br />after piping is complete and ready for meter installation, giving the street address <br /> <br />and service installation pennit number for the premise requesting service. <br /> <br />Inspections as the commissioner shall deem appropriate shall be made on behalf of <br /> <br />the City. In all cases, connection to the system must be made within sixty (60) days <br /> <br />after the pennit is issued or the pennit shall expire and be invalid.. <br /> <br />D. Water billings shall start at the time of the installation of the water meter; or in <br /> <br />the event the water meter is not installed within thirty (30) days, shall commence <br /> <br />upon the thirty-frrst day from the date of the pennit, and shall be calculated upon the <br /> <br />10 - 11 <br />
