Permits must be obtained to connect to the existing water service leads at the <br /> <br />curb box and the interior plumbing. The permit fee for each of these connections <br /> <br /> <br />shall be as established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the Council. No <br /> <br /> <br />permit shall be issued except to a licensed plumber. <br /> <br />B. In the event that, through the fault or omission of the owner of the subject <br /> <br />property, a curb box or a service lead has not been installed for the property, then <br /> <br />additional fees shall be paid at the time of making application for tapping the water <br />main, which charges shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. For the installation of a one-inch service connection where the installation <br /> <br />is to be in an unsurfaced street, the fee shall be as established in a resolution <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by the Council. This fee shall include the tapping of the water main, <br /> <br /> <br />the installation of the service line, and the installation of the curb stop and <br /> <br /> <br />box. <br /> <br />2.
