<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 10 Utilities <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Canceling Permits, The Council may at any time cancel any such permit issued <br /> <br />to any person by returning to the holder of the permit the unused portion of the annual fee. <br /> <br />Section 1010 - Sewers' <br /> <br />1010.01 General Operation. The entire municipal sanitary sewer system shall be operated as a <br /> <br />public utility and convenience from which revenues will be derived, subject to the provisions of this <br /> <br />Section. <br /> <br />1010.02 Connections Required. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Existing Buildings. Any building used for human habitation and located on <br /> <br />property adjacent to a sewer main, or in a platted block through which the system extends, <br /> <br />shall be connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system within two (2) years from the date <br /> <br />on which a connection is available to the building. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 New Buildings. All buildings constructed after the adoption of this Code within <br /> <br />the City on property adjacent to a sewer main or in a platted block through which the <br /> <br />municipal sanitary sewer system extends, shall be provided with a connection to the sewer <br /> <br />'State law reference-Sewage and rubbish disposal, M.S.
