It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or cause to be <br /> <br />discharged into the municipal sanitary sewer system of the City, either directly or indirectly, <br /> <br />any roof, storm, surface or groundwater of any type or kind. <br /> <br />1010.09 Accidental Discharges. Section 5-15 of Article V. of the Sewage and Waste Control <br /> <br />Rules and Regulations for the Metropolitan Disposal System, is incorporated and adopted herein <br /> <br />by reference and shall be applicable to any and all accidental discharges of prohibited waste into <br /> <br />the sanitary sewer system of the City which either directly or indirectly eventuates in such <br /> <br />prohibited waste flowing into the Metropolitan Disposal System. <br /> <br />1010.10 Construction Requirements. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 General. Those provisions of the State plumbing code, as contained in the <br /> <br /> <br />building code of the City, which apply to the construction, alignment, grades, joints and <br /> <br /> <br />connections of sewers and materials used therewith are hereby adopted by reference and <br /> <br /> <br />made a part of this Code as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Use of Old House Sewers. Old house sewers or portions thereof may be approved <br /> <br /> <br />for use by the plumbing inspector. The plumbing inspector may request that the old sewer <br /> <br /> <br />be excavated for the purpose of facilitating inspection.
