<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Subdivisions <br /> <br />the City is a party; provided however, that such private restrictions or restrictive covenants may <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />impose stricter requirements than established by this Chapter, but may not decrease the <br /> <br />r uirements im sed herei1t,ffiOOsse~u&t <br />eq po dddddd.d.dd.... <br /> <br />In any case where the division of a parcel of land into two (2) or more lots or parcels for the <br /> <br />purpose of transfer of ownership or building development does not come within the definition of <br /> <br />subdivision as defmed by this Chapter, a description of such land division shall be filed with the <br /> <br /> <br />City ~str.ltor who shall submit copies of such division of land to the City engineer and the <br /> <br /> <br />Planning Comffiission. No building permit for such lots or parcels shall be issued until said-~ <br /> <br />description has been filed with the City. <br /> <br />1200.03 Building Permit. No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />building, structure or improvement on any land required to be subdivided by this Chapter until all <br /> <br />requirements of this Chapter have been fully complied with. <br /> <br />1200.04 Definitions.
