In the event lots in the proposed plat are substantially in excess of the minimum <br /> <br />size required by roning regulations, a preliminary resubdivision plan shall be sub- <br /> <br />mitted showing a potential and feasible way in which the excess size lot or lots may <br /> <br />be resubdivided in future years to permit more intensive use of the land. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1210.03 Council Actions. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Initial Response. At its next regular meeting following the fIling of sueft-~ <br />preliminary plan, the City Council shall: <br /> <br />A. Set a public hearing on the preliminary plan, which hearing date shall be not <br /> <br />more than forty-five (45) days after the date of such setting. The City Council may <br /> <br />authorize the Planning Commission to conduct the hearing. The Council shall cause <br /> <br />notice of said-~~hearing to be published in the official City newspaper at least five <br /> <br />(5) days prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12 - 12 <br />
