Copies of the report of the City engineer shall be given to <br /> <br /> <br />the City Council and Planning Commission at least ten (10) days prior to the date <br /> <br /> <br />of public hearing. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Public Hearings. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. In the event the Council has provided that the public hearing shall be conducted <br /> <br /> <br />by the Planning Commission, the Planning Commission shall make its report to the <br /> <br /> <br />City Council at the fIrst regular meeting of the Council following sueh--ijij{public <br /> <br /> <br />hearing. <br /> <br />B. In the event the Council does not refer the public hearing to the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission, the report of the Planning Commission shall be given to the Council <br /> <br /> <br />before the time set for sueh-m~::public hearing. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Time Line. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. The City Council shall act on the preliminary plan by resolution approving or <br /> <br /> <br />adopting it within thirty (30) days after receipt of the report of the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission, if the Planning Commission is designated to conduct the public <br /> <br /> <br />hearing. If the Planning Commission does not conduct the public hearing, then the <br /> <br />12 - 13 <br />
