<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Subdivisions <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />minimum requirement for interior lots as designated in the zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Grading. Corner lot grading and street intersection grades shall be such that <br /> <br />there shall be no blocking of vision at street intersections over three (3) feet in height <br /> <br />above street pavement kvel within :fifteen (15) feet of intersecting street right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1220.08 Public Use Dedications. <br /> <br />(' <br /> <br />W <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Streets Utilities and Storm Water. The developer of a parcel of land shall <br /> <br />dedicate to the public all streets, sewers, electric, gas, and water facilities; storm water <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />drainage and holding ponds; and similar utilities and improvements, as reasonably required <br /> <br />by the City Council, in order to integrate the proposed development with the City's current <br /> <br />and anticipated utility systems.
