Included in the engineer's report <br /> <br /> <br />shall be a cost estimate for the required improvements. <br /> <br />8. Within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the last of the reports required <br /> <br />in the previous provision, the Council shall act upon the preliminary plat by <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12 - 42 <br />
