The owner(s) of SllC..ft-~;platted lot(s) to be so divided or consolidated <br /> <br /> <br />shall file with the zoning administrator a surveyor registered land survey of the lot(s) to <br /> <br /> <br />be divided or consolidated. If a survey is submitted, it shall comply with the requirements <br /> <br /> <br />specified in IM;-$:lili~AA!Wij;tf4.Qt~~f$j!'P.i$.::i4;E~ above; if a registered land survey is <br /> <br /> <br />submitted, it shall conform to the requirements therefor specified in Section 508.47, <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision 4, of Minnesota-Statutes, as amended. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Relation to Zoning Ordinance. The parcels or tracts resulting from suelt-~ <br /> <br />division or consolidation, as depicted in sai&-~::SUrvey or registered land survey, shall not <br /> <br />have an area, dimensions, or setbacks which are less than the minimum requirements <br /> <br />specified for the wning district in which the parcels or tracts are located in the wning <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Public Welfare. It is determined that the proposed division or consolidation <br /> <br /> <br />will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to adjacent tracts in the area in <br /> <br /> <br />which the subdivision tract is located. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Conformity.
