<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Subdivisions <br /> <br />than two (2) feet and depiction of significant features on or within the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />subdivision tract such as watercourses, marshes, wooded areas, rock <br /> <br />outcrops, and powers transmission poles and lines; <br /> <br />13. Certification by the registered land surveyor who prepared the survey. <br /> <br />F. Monuments or stakes shall be placed and installed at all corners and angle <br /> <br />points of the resultant parcels; <br /> <br />G. The resultant parcels will not have setbacks and dimensions less than those <br /> <br />required in the zoning ordinance, as amended; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />H. The subdivider has complied with the requirements of this Chapter. which the <br /> <br />Planning Commission or City Council have made the subdivision by registered land <br /> <br />surveyor survey specifically subject to. <br /> <br />Such filing fee as has been established in a resolution adopted by the Council shall be paid <br /> <br />\i)he zoning administrator with every application for an exemption under this paragraph. <br /> <br />1240.05 Division or Consolidation of Platted Lots of Record. In the case of an application <br /> <br />to divide one or more lots platted into lots and blocks and designated in a subdivision plat on file <br /> <br />and of record in the office of the recorder or registrar of titles for the county, into one or more <br /> <br />separately described parcels, or an application for the consolidation of two or more such platted <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12 - 48 <br />
