<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Memorandum, Consultant Recommendation, TCAAP Civic Center Zoning District <br />Page Two <br />August 25, 1999 <br /> <br />It appears that the MFRA compensation proposal reflects a high baseline knowledge level <br />relative to other firms by virtue of previous work provided the City for the Comprehensive Plan <br />update. Staff was favorably impressed with the firm for this larger consulting engagement. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the Arden Hills City Council select the firm of McCombs Prank Roos <br />Associates, Inc. for planning services in conjunction with the creation of the Civic Center Zoning <br />District for the Twin Cities Army Ammnnition Plant, and authorize the Interim City <br />Administrator to complete necessary contract documents for the engagement. <br />
