EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />a. Skill and ability of assigned personnel. <br />b. Knowledge and experience in developing plans for "new cities" and ability to <br />think outside the box. <br />c. Demonstrated knowledge of the City of Arden Hills and communities of similar <br />size. <br />d. Applicable experience with municipal planning. <br />e. Reasonableness of costs. <br />f. Availability and location of assigned personnel. <br /> <br />2. SELECTION PROCEDURE <br />The City of Arden Hills, EDA will review the submittals of interested firms and retains <br />the right to further reduce the number of firms for consideration by interviewing the top <br />candidates. Firms will be notified by mail of their relative status as the <br />selection process progresses. <br />
