WORK PLAN <br /> <br />Provision of a detailed work plan including a clear identi:lication and understanding of the <br />scope of services to be provided by the firm. <br /> <br />6. COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation from the City of Arden Hills, EDA to the firm selected to provide the <br />planning services will be stated in terms of a cost plus materials basis with a "not to <br />exceed" amount The not to exceed fee is intended to include all consultant staff time <br />necessary to perform the required planning services for: <br /> <br />a. Creation of the Civic Center Zoning District; <br />b. Interaction with City Staff and consultants; <br />c. Printing and materials cost; <br />d. Conducting three (3) public meetings; and <br />e. Preparation of an ordinance to .enact the zoning district. <br /> <br />7. REFERENCES <br /> <br />Include at least five (5) references for planning projects conducted within the last :live (5) <br />years. <br /> <br />. <br />
