Founded in 1956, we <br />have had a broad range of clients, split about 60-40 between the public <br />and private sectors. <br /> <br />Our public clients have included cities, redevelopment allthorities, state <br />agencies and federal agencies. Our work has included comprehensive <br />planning, land regulation, downtown and commercial redevelopment, <br />roadway corridor plans, riverfront plans, park system planning and <br />design, neighborhood plans and transit station area plans. <br /> <br />Private clients include residential, retail, office and industrial developers, <br /> <br />Our Minneapolis Planning and Urban Design Group includes 25 <br />professionals in city planning, landscape architectute and urban design. <br />Related services include natural resources investigations, geographic <br />information system application development, and historic or <br />archaeologic research, Our staff is highly experienced: the average <br />number of years our Planning staff has been with BR W is approximately <br />12, and several have been here more than 20 years. <br /> <br />BR W is nationally-known for its transportation planning capabilities. <br />Our Transportation Group has approximately 65 staff in the Minneapolis <br />office. Services in this discipline include traffic forecasting, roadway <br />network planning, transit system planning, facility design, and program <br />administration and financing.
