It, too, includes retail and service businesses, housing and public plazas. BR W was responsible for initial planning and subsequent streetscape improvements. Mayfair Mayfair is a traditional neighborhood on a segment of what was previously the Denver Stapleton Airport. This public-private development encompassed narrow-lot detached housing, duplexes, rowhouses, and apartments, a neighborhood park and a cluster of shops. A sidewalk and trail system connects Mayfair to other neighborhoods of the airport redevelopment. This project is under construction. Edinbourough and Centennial Lakes Mixed-Use Developments Edinborough and Centennial Lakes are award-winning examples of BR W's ability to work for both the Edina HRA and several land developers to create major mixed- and multi-use development projects in what was once a ZOO-acre gravel pit. Edinborough includes an office and retail building, high-rise seniors' housing, a hotel, a one-acre indoor park and ZOO townhouses built at 35 units per net acre. Centennial Lakes includes six major office buildings, retail businesses and structured parking linked by a 40-acre linear park and pond.
