Future developments will add 1,000 housing units and 1,200,OOO-square-feet of office space, The focal feature of Centen- nial Lakes is a lO-acre pond sur- rounded by a 16-acre public park, The Centennial Lakes project responds to and resolves a number of issues and goals established by the developers and tlie City: . BRW used a multi-disciplinary project approach to develop the overall master plan, to prepare design development drawings and construction documents, and provide construction observation.
