<br />Mr. Weber has been involved in land use planning and regulation,
<br />comprehensive and strategic planning, urban form analysis, commercial and
<br />industrial revitalization, inner-city neighborhood redevelopment,
<br />environmental analysis and ordinance preparation, and bicycle system
<br />planning and design.

<br />Comprehensive Planning
<br />
<br />Mr. Weber has prepared more than two dozen comprehensive plans for cities
<br />ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 population in eight states. Cities include
<br />Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Shakopee, Hopkins, Savage,
<br />Maplewood, St, Anthony, Brooklyn Center, Hutchinson, New Uhn,
<br />Oakdale and Vadnais Heights, MN; Springfield, MS; Ankeny and Clive, IA;
<br />Oak Ridge, TN; Roswell, NM; Thornton, CO; Fond du Lac and
<br />Eau Claire, WI; and North Chicago, IL. Land use plans have been prepared
<br />for Anoka, McLeod, Renville, Sherburne, Washington and Stearns Counties,
<br />MN, Pierce County, WI, Sweetwater County, WY, and Chaves County,
<br />NM.

<br />Mr. Weber prepared the Mississippi Critical Area Plan for Minneapolis and
<br />participated in the Upper Mississippi River Corridor Master Plan,
<br />
<br />Zoning ordinances have been written by Mr, Weber for the cities of Vadnais
<br />Heights, Oakdale, Brooklyn Center, Hutchinson, and Lilydale, MN; Rock
<br />Springs, WY; Roswell, NM; Thornton, CO; Sherburne, McLeod and
<br />Renville Counties, MN.

<br />From 1978 to 1992, Mr. Weber was the consulting city planner to Vadnais
<br />Heights and Oakdale, MN, two developing suburban communities in St,
<br />Paul.

<br />Revitalization
<br />
<br />Mr. Weber's experience in commercial and industrial renewal includes
<br />downtown plans for Springfield, MS; Champaign, IL; Stillwater and
<br />Northfield, MN; Eau Claire, WI; and Springfield, MS; the Bass Lake Road
<br />Commercial Area Redevelopment Plan; the St, Paul Central Riverfront
<br />Pre-Development Analysis; Westgate Business Park; and the Highway 7,
<br />Highway 61 and Brooklyn Boulevard Corridor Plans.

<br />Neighborhood revitalization planning experience includes the Perdue Square
