Lindberg, ASLA Senior Landscape Architect Experience Mr. Lindberg is a Project Manager/Landscape Architect specializing in Planning and Urban Design and has prime responsibility for client relations, programming, master planning, detailed project design, public approvals processes, and contract document preparation for a broad range of project types and sizes for both public- and private-sector clients. As a project manager for large-scale, and often complex development projects, Mr. Lindberg has extensive experience leading and directing multidisciplinary team efforts including the disciplines of/and surveying, civil engineering, transportation planning, architecture, and environmental planning. Master Planning Recent private-sector land planning and master planning project experience includes residential communities of single-family detached and attached condominiums, multi-use business parks, and corporate campus developments. The residential projects include Elm Creek Planned Unit Development in Champlin, MN, for Cowles Media Company, a 700-acre residential development in addition to commercial, office, and industrial areas; The Heathers, a 440-unit condominium project in Bloomfield Hills, Ml, including a nine-hole golf course and extensive wedands; Oakland Hills, in Oakland Township, Ml, which included 200 single-family detached lots with a golf course and integrated open-space system; and two phases consisting of 136 condominium units in the Parker's Lake Planned Development in Plymouth, MN. Master plans for multi-use business parks including office, manufacturing, warehousing and commercial components have been developed by Mr. Lindberg in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, Chicago region, and in Madison and Milwaukee, WI, for clients including the Opus Corporation, Prudential Property Company, Prentiss Properties Limited, AMLl Realty, TCW Realty Advisors, CMC Heartland Corporation, and Urban Land Interests. These projects have ranged in size from 60 to 600 acres in size and several included the preparation of Environmental Assessments and Impact Statements; formulation of zoning and development standards; and the drafting of Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions addressing architectural and landscape design guidelines, exterior lighting, and signage criteria. Continental Executive Park, for Prentiss Properties Limited in Vemon Hills, IL, included landscape plans for the entries and streetscape constructed in the first phase, and resulted in several awards for the developer. :J20462.doc - (6/99)
