Lindberg, ASLA <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Mr. Lindberg has also been responsible for master planning corporate campus <br />developments for Minnesota corporations including the Cray Research <br />Headquarters, and West Publishing Corporate Campus in Eagan, MN; and <br />the Schneider U.S.A. and Vinyltherm corporate headquarters in Plymouth, <br />MN. <br /> <br />Site Development <br /> <br />Mr. Lindberg has completed the site planning and landscape architectural <br />design for a variety of individual site developments for both private and public <br />sector clients. Recent projects of this type include the Galleria, a specialty <br />retail center in Edina, MN; Tamarack Village, a toO-acre, 750,OOO-square- <br />foot retail center in Woodbury, MN; Edinborough Residential Amenities, a <br />mixed-use development in Edina, MN; the Anoka Vocational Technical <br />College in Anoka, MN; and the Plymouth Public Works Facility in <br />Plymouth, MN. <br /> <br />Redevelopment <br /> <br />Mr. Lindberg's experience with public-sector redevelopment projects <br />includes a number of neighborhood and commercial area streetscape and <br />revitalization projects; a redevelopment plan for Page Field in Lee County, <br />FL, for the reuse of surplus airport property; and a redevelopment plan for 80 <br />acres of riverfront property for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of <br />South St. Paul, MN.
