Aaron & Steve Nelson. 3130 Cleveland Avenue North. <br />Concept Planned Unit Development <br />The City Council is asked to consider approval of a Concept Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) for a proposed offiee building development at the <br />northeast quadrant of the Cleveland Avenue/County Road D interseetion, <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Concept PUD, <br />subjeet to modifications, The applicant has sinee modified the Coneept <br />Plan to incorporate several of the items discussed by the Planning <br />Commission, Staff recommends approving the modified Concept Plan, <br />subject to three remaining conditions, <br />
