Review of Reauests <br />for Proposals (RFP's) <br />The City Couneil is asked to accept the proposal from McCombs Frank Roos <br />Assoeiates for planning services in the ereation of a Civic Center Zoning District <br />at TCAAP, and authorize the Interim City Administrator to eomplete all necessary <br />contract documents, <br /> <br />c. Res. #99-26. Resolution Desi!!natin!! "No Parkin!!" Restrictions Alon!! a <br />Portion of Cleveland Avenue <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-26 entitled, "Resolution <br />Designating "No Parking" Restrietions Along a Portion of Cleveland Avenue," as <br />requested by Ramsey County, This aetion is in eonjunetion with the rebuilding of <br />the Cleveland Avenue railroad bridge project. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Metrooolitan Council. Parks and Ooen Soace Commission Aooointment <br />Couneil may wish to recommend an individual to the District F position <br />(encompassing the districts of Metropolitan Council members Roger Williams <br />and Marc Hugunin) of the Metropolitan Parks and Open Space Commission, The <br />deadline for persons applying for these appointments is September 3,1999, <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />City Administrator Hirin!!
