Meg administers the Zoning Ordinance and regularly meets with citizens and developers on planning items. She prepares written reports for all planning applications, and provides recommendations on ordinance updates. Stillwater Townslrip Ms. McMonigal is the Town Planner. She is currently overhauling the entire zoning ordinance with the Planning Commission and Town Board. New Scandia Township MFRA recently revised the Town's Zoning and Subdivision ordinances to comply with the new County (Washington) ordinance. Ms. McMonigal serves as the Township Planner. City of Carver Ms. McMonigal serves as the City Planner. She reviews planning applications and provides gnidance on planning, development and zoning. She has completed ordinance updates for the City. City of North Oaks MFRA serves as the City Planner. Ms. Greenfield reviews all plans, writes Planned Development specifications and ordinances as needed. City of Northjield Ms. McMonigal was the Northfield City Planner from 1993-1995. She undertook responsibility for numerous Boards and Commissions, current and long range planning, and revised severa! plan elements and ordinances. City of Apple Valley Ms. McMonigal was a staff planner in Apple Valley for seven (7) years. She gained broad experience in all facets of municipal planning ranging from completing long range plans for parks and transportation, to handling all aspects ofland use, zoning and design review, to developing population and fiscal projections.
