McMonigal, AICP <br /> <br />Tlleresa A. Greenfield, AICP <br /> <br />Bruce Cllalupsky <br /> <br />Ms. McMonigal will serve as the lead planner in charge <br />of the creation of the Civic Center District. Ms. <br />McMonigal is a City Planner with thirteen (13) years of <br />experience. She has been a staff planner for the cities of <br />Apple Valley and Northfield. Meg is currently the <br />consultant planner for Mendota Heights, Stillwater <br />Township, the City of Carver and New Scandia <br />Township. She also works on special projects with the <br />City of Rogers, Rosemount and Hassan Township. <br /> <br />Meg has a master's degree in Urban and Regional <br />Planning from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. <br />Her undergraduate degree is in Geography, with an urban <br />emphasis. Meg is enrolled in the Master's of Business <br />Administration program at the University ofSt. Thomas. <br /> <br />Professionally, Meg is an active member of the <br />Minnesota Chapter of the American Planning Associates, <br />and is its Professional Development Officer. She also is a <br />member of the American Institute of Certified Planners <br />(AICP), Minnesota Association of Urban Management <br />Assistants, and Women's Transportation Seminar. <br /> <br />Ms. Greenfield is certified with the American Institute of <br />Certified Planners. Theresa has nearly completed a <br />Master's degree in Urban and Regional Studies and is a <br />member of the American Planning Association. She <br />serves as the North Oaks City Planner. <br /> <br />Ms. Greenfield has prepared Comprehensive Plans, <br />Specialized Land Use Studies, Ordinances and Planned <br />Unit Development specifications and agreements. She is <br />knowledgeable of Federal, State and local regulatory <br />processes. <br /> <br />Bruce provides all GIS analysis and mapping services at <br />MFRA. He is highly skilled in graphic design as well, <br />using a myriad of computer graphics to analyze and <br />explain alternatives for communities. Broce can provide <br />graphics to determine how alternative zoning <br />performance standards will affect the City' appearance. <br />
