The Work Program is designed to respond to all items stated in <br />your Request for Proposals. . <br /> <br />Ann Perry will serve as project manager for the contract and development of <br />the new zoning district. She has extensive experience in the development of <br />zoning ordinances and in zoning administration. While employed as Planning <br />Director for the City ofMinnetonka, she directed the preparation of a new <br />zoning ordinance and other related ordinances. Also, she recently assisted the <br />City of Brooklyn Park with the development of their new zoning ordinance <br />while employed by another consuhing firm. <br /> <br />A copy of the RSC Firm Profile and a listing of clients where the company <br />providing ordinance development services.
