JOHNSON <br />President <br /> <br />Dean R Johnson has been president of Resource Strategies Corporation (RSC) since 1991, when <br />the firm was founded. He has established strong networking relationships with Twin Cities area <br />planning professionals and public agencies for over 20 years. His 15 years of public sector <br />experience include land use planning, downtown redevelopment, tax increment financing, <br />project management, environmental planning and public policy analysis. At RSC, Mr. Johnson <br />has focused on local government consulting assistance in the areas of comprehensive planning, <br />agricultural preservation, zoning ordinance development, environmental assessment and policy <br />analysis. He has been project manager on numerous government contracts since co-founding the <br />firm. D1inois <br />Updated the Troy Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance and responsible for <br />all staff review in development matters. <br /> <br />Planninl! Assistant: Florissant. Missouri <br />Assisted in data collection in a major housing inventory/analysis for a community <br />Development Block Grant project in a large suburban St. Louis city. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Construction Manafement Consultant: Cole Associates. Inc.. South Bend. <br />Indiana <br />Managed on-site office staff responsible for coordinating contractor scheduling <br />and materials delivery in the relining of three blast furnaces at Youngstown Sheet <br />and Tube Co., Indiana Harbor Works Facility. <br />
