Activities include: <br /> <br />. Review and evaluation of the existing Township regulations to identify <br />inconsistencies and issues to be clarified; <br />. Assist in public participation and review process in order to obtain input reflecting <br />resident desires; <br />. Recommend revisions of Township's Zoning and Subdivision Regulations, based upon <br />input, evaluation and analysis; <br />. Establish feedlot siting and regulatory provisions; <br />. Create density transfer options to minimize tillable land impacts. <br /> <br />The project was initiated October 1994 and was completed April 1995. Ordinance Review and Update - Nininger Township <br />RSC is currently providing technical assistance to Nininger Township to update its <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Activities include: <br /> <br />. Identification of community issues; <br />. Establishment of citizen participation process; <br />. Analysis of environmental features and growth impacts; <br />. Summary of socio-economic conditions and trends; <br />. Identification of agricultural preservation priorities; <br />. Preparation of plan elements / growth strategies; <br />. Coordination of review process with Metropolitan Council; <br />. Coordination of land use actions in airport search area; <br />. Development of zoning ordinance revisions; <br />.
