The proposed cross section
requires parking to be restricted on both sides of the road.

County Board procedure requires municipal concurrence prior
to adoption of parking restrictions on the county road
system. Therefore; it will be necessary for the city to pass
a resolution requesting the parking restrictions on the east
side of Cleveland Avenue from the south end of the Soo Line
Bridge to Thorn Drive. I have enclosed a sample resolution for
your assistance.

-

In order to receive state aid approval of the project,' it
will be necessary that the city adopt the resolution as soon
as possible.
