CITY OF ARDEN IDLLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99-26 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS <br />ALONG A PORTION OF CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County (the "County") has planned the improvement of Cleveland <br />Avenue (C.S.A.H. #46) from First Street SE to Thorn Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County Slate Aid Highway Funds (S.P. 62-646-12) <br />on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not conform 10 the approved minimum standards as <br />previously adopted for such County Slale Aid streets and that approval of the proposed <br />construction as a County Slate Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to the approval <br />of this construction as a County Slate Aid project in the City has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />requests the County 10 restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Cleveland <br />Avenue from the south side of the Soo Line railroad bridge to Thorn Drive. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN IDLLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF AUGUST, 1999. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />TERRANCE R.
