The maimenance and reconstruction of residential streets is proposed to utilize a <br />neighborhood approach and therefore the street ratings were compiled on both an individual basis <br />and a composite neighborhood basis. The City Engineer discussed the findings of the rating <br />review with the Council and Staff at the August, 1999 Working Session. The Council directed <br />the City Engineer to prepare a recommended project scope for the 2000 Pavement Management <br />Program (PMP), <br /> <br />Recommp.nded Project Scone <br />The City Engineer after discussion with Staff and Council has selected the Ingerson <br />Neighborhood to be included in the 2000 Pavement Management Program. The Ingerson <br />Neighborhood includes the following streets: Ingerson Road. Cannon Avenue, Carlton Drive, <br />Fernwood Street, Fernwood CoUrt, Ingerson Court, Harnline A venue, Tiller Lane and Dellwood <br />Court. Tiller Lane and Dellwood Court have recently been reconstructed to City standards and <br />are therefor not included in the proposed 2000 PMP. RamUne A venue and Ingerson Road are <br />both state-aid routes and the use of state-aid funds will be necessary to accomplish the projec..1:. <br /> <br />The Reconstruction of the Ingerson Neighborhood streets will require resolution on a number of <br />items prior to finalizing the scope of the project. The decision items include the following: <br />. Whether to reconstruct Cannon Avenue with a Cul-de-Sac at Trunk. Highway 51 <br />. Whether to reconstruct Tiller Lane with a cul-de-sac at Trunk Highway 51 <br />.
